How to reach us
Guests enter Kuchyň through the terraces of Salm Palace, which can be reached from Ke Hradu Street or through the main entrance behind the statue of T.G. Masaryk.

Nippiest by Nerudova Street
The shortest route is from Malostranské náměstí station (tram 12, 15, 20, 22, 23) and it’s a 10 minute walk. The drawback is that the path is up a steep hill. We recommend this route to anyone who wants to feel like they really deserve that beer on our terrace!

By Metro and the Old Castle Stairs
On this route, the journey is the destination. Enjoy the view of Prague Castle and the path through its courtyards, plan on a 15 minute journey from Malostranská station (Metro A; tram 2, 6, 12, 15, 18, 20, 22).

Leisurely through Prague Castle
Take the tram to Prague Castle station (tram 22, 23), cross the Powder Bridge and the 2nd courtyard of the Prague Castle, and you’ve arrived at Kuchyň! We recommend this route for off-peak visits or for older guests.

Parking your car at Pohořelec
Leave your car at the paid parking lot at Pohořelec or take the tram to Pohořelec station (tram 22). After a 10 minute walk down a gentle sloping hill you’ll be at Kuchyň.
